The author has obtained a formula for the evaluation of hardness flat externally, statically indeterminate girders. To obtain the General solution the researcher uses the method of induction and the operators of the computer algebra system Maple. The forces in the rods was found by using cut nodes method, deflection – using Maxwell – Mohr integral. The article has also derived the formula for the horizontal displacement of the support. Some asymptotic properties of the solution are found.

The article researches the equation with infinite degrees of stairs (tetration). Tetration is not an elementary function, so the application to the solution of the arguments, that are suitable for algebraic and transcendental functions, leads to erroneous and paradoxical conclusion. The work presents the numerical analysis of the set of solutions of the equation with titration and makes some conclusions of the solvability of the problem for different values of the right-hand side of the equation.

В статье изучаются свойства элементарных функций и их графики; области применения математических функций, способы применения полученных знаний на практике, cоздание обучающей программы на языке Maple для учащихся старших классов по исследованию функций одной переменной и построению их графиков.
