«The analysis and regulation of the organization financial status in the system of crisis management»

The monograph is devoted to the revision need of operating financial analysis tools for increase in effectiveness of crisis management. The main trends and primary factors of an unstable financial status of market subjects are discovered. The decrease in practical value of models of the bankruptcy forecasting is proved and need for a process approach in managing their financial status. Crisis management analysis should be supplemented with the profound characteristic of the organization assets, estimates of resources use efficiency, which are available for it. The results of a research promote timely restructuring and maintaining stability of business. The recommendations on improvement of an assessment technique and mobilization of internal reserves of the companies to strengthen the financial status are offered.

Methodological approaches to areas attraction assessment were considered; actual attraction assessment models of I. Ansoff’s strategy management areas were proposed to supplement «social-image-investment environment» indicator. Attraction assessment’s criteria and parameters of new territorial market were reviewed. Methodology for risks classification, ELLIPS-PrO matrix, was proposed to assess the volatility level. Methodological approaches analysis to corporate project management system (CPMS) implementation in Russian companies was conducted. CPMS has been supplemented by the «corporate project culture» and «assure strategic compliance tools» elements.

«Modern Methods and Techniques of Personnel Evaluation in Educational Organizations»

The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.

«Management of pre-school educational institution on the basis of its development strategy»

Qualitative upgrade of Russian society and the changes in the world educational space defined an objective need for harmonization of the national education system. The ongoing processes equally apply to all levels of education – from preschool to higher education. Unification of the preschool educational organizations habitual until recently was replaced by their variety, variability of educational programs, introduction of new technologies. The concept «educational institution» is changed to the new concept «educational organization». The approaches considered in article open the separate sides of the problem of management of the preschool educational organization in the conditions of transition to new conditions of independent managing. Authors pays attention to a contradiction between the developed traditional control system and need of changes of the relations providing the new nature of management in a format of cooperation, partnership, autonomous responsibility for the made decisions. Analysis of literary sources (T.P. Kolodyazhnaya, V.S. Lazarev, M.M. Potashnik, L.L. Meyer, L.S. Markov, P.I. Tretyakov, K.Y. White, T.I. Shamova, I.P. Kapustin and others.) has allowed authors to identify the specifics of the management activity of preschool educational organizations, the implementation of the operation strategies, development of education in preschool educational institution. Authors draws attention on research positions in the definition of «development program for preschool educational institution», as well as considers the management cycle of preschool organizations, describing the sequence of its stages. This article compares the position of both domestic and foreign researchers. In conclusion, it is defined that preschool management of the organization is a process that represents a set of continuous interrelated management functions and activities (actions and operations).
