In this article we are discussed definitions of the concept of "social technologies" by different authors. We analyzed innovative social technologies for the prevention of juvenile offending used in the Perm Krai and in the other regions of the Russian Federation. Positive aspects of these technologies are marked. In the addition, we focused on the importance of interregional cooperation in the prevention of juvenile offending and on the need of sharing experiences. As example of this the Perm Krai was given.
