«Дифференциация предмета «опытной» и «рациональной психологии» в философии А.А. Фишера»
Статья посвящена философско-психологическим взглядам А.А. Фишера, определению предмета «опытной психологии» в контексте его философского теизма. Показано понимание им «опытной психологии» как реалий бытия душевной жизни человека (= сознания) посредством отображения во внешнем (= материальном) мире. Отмечено, что мыслитель считал «опытную психологию» пропедевтикой ряда сфер знания: рациональной психологии, логики, нравственной философии и т. д.

«Representation of capillary phenomena from the physical model of unpacking a liquid»
Based on the physical model of «unpacking» a fluid, published in 1983 to explain the physical nature of surface tension, an explanation of capillary phenomena was proposed. The unified physical nature of the condensation process and the processes in the capillaries expressed in terms of the surface tension of the liquid is proved. To prove the applicability of the «unpacking» model for capillary phenomena, an empirical Borelli-Jurin formula for determining the height of fluid lifting in capillaries was theoretically derived depending on the magnitude of the surface tension. The assumptions under which the formula is obtained are indicated. In addition, the article proposes a new formula for determining the maximum height of liquid lift in the capillaries, depending on the critical temperature of the liquid and the molecular weight of the liquid.

«Correlation of temperatures of melting and boiling of substances from the hypotheses of unpacking the substance»
According to the properties of melting points and boiling points of the elements of the periodic table of D.I. Mendeleyev the application of the unpacking hypothesis of the substance was verified. The article contains the results of the verification. In general, according to the data for 98 substances taken from the information in Internet, convergence of results with an error of up to 40% for 73 substances was obtained. The effect of periodicity on the result is found. An exception to the calculated dependences was obtained for ten substances: noble gas and most halogens. A large discrepancy between the theoretical formulas and the reference data was also caused by the 14 elements of the middle groups.

«Forms and methods of teaching the general physics course in a technical university of oil profile»
The article presents various forms and methods of physics teaching to students of a technical university of oil profile, allowing to maintain an optimal level of knowledge acquisition by future bachelors in the conditions of a substantial reduction of the time allocated by modern curricula for studying this subject. Possibilities of using certain approaches for effective organization of the learning process are discussed, those possibilities are used at the Department of Physics and Chemistry of the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute. Attention is drawn to the relevance of intersubject communications usage, contributing to the successful acquisition of professional knowledge and skills, which are the basis for the future engineer. The essence and effectiveness of the grade-rating system application are revealed in the assessment of students' knowledge.

«Light geometry of the "vacuum" and the base of the signatures Algebra»
В рамках программы геометризации физики, к которой относятся работы автора [1–5], рассмотрены физические и математические основы светогеометрии вакуума и Алгебры сигнатур. Вакуум исследуется посредством зондирования его взаимно перпендикулярными монохроматическими лучами света с различными длинами волн. В результате получается иерархия вложенных друг в друга световых 3D-ландшафтов ((m(n-вакуумов). В статье рассмотрены неискривленное и искривленное состояния локального участка (m(n-вакуума на основании математического аппарата Алгебры сигнатур. Сформулировано «вакуумное условие» на основании определения «вакуумного баланса». Рассмотрены инертные свойства (m(n-вакуума. Приведено кинематическое обоснование возможности разрыва локального участка (m(n-вакуума. На основании изложенных здесь основ Алгебры сигнатур в статьях [3–5] получены метрико-динамические модели всех элементарных частиц, входящих в состав Стандартной модели. В данной работе вводятся новые понятия, поэтому в конце статьи приведен «Указатель определений новых терминов».

«Excited states of the nuclei of spherical vacuum formations (the basis of quantum geometrophysics)»
С позиций алгебры сигнатур, изложенных в работах [1; 2; 7–11], рассмотрены возбужденные состояния ядер сферически симметричных вакуумных образований. Предложены метрико-статистические модельные представления о втором и третьем поколениях «лептонов» и «кварков». Рассмотрены принципы построения статистической (квантовой) геометрофизики в рамках программы полной геометризации физических воззрений Клиффорда – Эйнштейна – Уиллера.

«Light-geometry of the "vacuum". Fundamentals of the Algebra of Signatures»
This work fits into a framework of a program, elucidated in [1–3], of the geometrization of physics, as set in motion by the mathematical works of William Kingdon Clifford and continued into Einstein’s theory of General Relativity as well as the theories of John Archibald Wheeler. It discusses the physical and mathematical foundations of vacuum light-geometry and the Algebra of Signatures. The vacuum is investigated by probing it with mutually perpendicular monochromatic rays of light with different wavelengths. The result is a hierarchy of nested 3-D light landscapes («λmn-vacua»). We consider a locally uncurved and curved state of a vacuum region on the basis of the mathematical theory known as the Algebra of Signatures. A «vacuum condition» is formulated, based on the definition of the «vacuum balance». Inert properties of the λmn-vacuum are considered. A kinematic basis for the possibility of discontinuities in a local neighborhood of a λmn-vacuum is introduced. On the basis of the foundations of the Algebra of Signatures described in [2; 3], metric-dynamic models of all elementary particles included in the Standard Model are obtained. In this paper new concepts are introduced, some of them with correspondingly new terminology. Therefore, at the end of the article a glossary of new terms is provided.

This paper explores a new view of modern physics. New material is added to the modern mathematical physics. Filling a gap in physics theory and physical laws already in existence is the purpose of the article. The paper is devoted to contemporary issues. The work contains first development of formulas: gravitational pulse formula, vibration in pendulum formula, photon formula, three field energy density in atom formula, neutrino energy formula, equal energy of two kinds conversion formula and ray of light energy formula. The author introduces the conversion sign for scientific use in this article. The practical importance of the work involves innovative technology development.

According to the author “atom” is a microsystem. The ability of photons (γνc – “nucleon”) to rotate at the speed of light in the microsystem (atom) ring – through – ring reveals the cause of inorganic matter formation. Gravity is a total apogee of the rotation of nucleons γνc in the microsystems (atoms). The article shows the new energy technologies instead of nuclear power and hydrocarbons, and their main aim which is the hydrogen energy radiation. The researcher notes that the speed of space journey can become relatively similar to the speed of light.
