The article presents a brief overview of the study of classical Islamic philosophy in chronological order. According to the author, in Western countries, the scientific research of Islamic philosophy began within the framework of the Christian scholastic tradition, yet later the analysis of Arabic texts as well as the structure of Islamic theoretical thought was initiated. Some scholars applied a methodological approach to the study of Islamic philosophy. Orientalist philologists also played an important role in the study of the religious and philosophical doctrine of Islam. Both of these schools adopted a methodological approach based on the traditions of Christian and Jewish philosophy and theology, which in some aspects had similarities with Islamic thought.

The article describes the history of the study of Muslim philosophy in Russia. Before the October Revolution, research in this field occupied a secondary position compared to religious studies and the study of the political and social history of the Muslim East, in particular the regions whose influence extended to Russia or which were part of the Russian Empire. The main centres of Oriental studies were St. Petersburg, Moscow and Kazan. The first work in Russian devoted to the philosophy of Islam was the monograph by Panteleimon Zhuze. Based on the data presented in the article, the author comes to the following conclusion: philosophical Islamic studies in Russia, having overcome the crisis of the 1990s, is developing in line with modern trends in world science, abandoning the dogmatic ideas of the Soviet school.

The article states that decentralization is one of the trends in the modern global finance market. The growth and active development of the Islamic finance and banking industry, the growth in the number of Muslims in the world and other factors determine the interest of researchers in digitalization issues. This paper is devoted to the study of the possibilities, approaches and views on the use of digital currencies from the point of view of Islamic finance. Methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis is used. The approaches of various countries of the Muslim world to the introduction of digital currencies are analyzed, ongoing projects are considered. In the Islamic world, there has not yet been a consensus on the permissibility and scope of the possible use of digital currencies. The authors conclude that, in general, digital currencies can be harmoniously used within the concept of Islamic finance. This is facilitated by such factors as the transparency of decentralized finance and digital currencies, the contribution to the protection of the wealth of society, the focus on social benefits, which is in line with the good goals of Islamic finance and its social value.

This article describes the basic rules and regulations prescribed in the Quran and shows that the Quran is the main holy book, which contains the basic ideas and principles of the teachings of Muhammad, revered in Islam. Based on primary sources, in particular, relying on the teachings of the Quran, the position of a woman in Islam, her rights and obligations are shown.

The article examines the mechanisms for replacing traditional religious values with the political aggressive ambitions of various political groups. The author studies the question of the fairness of the identification of religious dogma and political actions, declaratively performed on behalf of this religion.

The article is devoted the problem of the EU and in particular Germany – migration. Among the refugees are a tendency of rejection of the traditions of a new society that contributes to their alienation and the creation of a separate ghetto of radical Islamist groups. As a result of the analysis it was established that Germany has taken specific measures to limit the flow of immigrants on the territory they control, in order to the national security of its citizens.

This article analyses the development of Islamic radicalism in Europe as a result of the war in Syria, the financial crisis and aggravated situation in the middle East and the Maghreb is gaining momentum in many countries, attracting to its ranks the young minds. In France, where a very high Muslim population, these young people have become the focus of the instigators of jihadism.
