The paper presents an analysis of the development of the system of modern upbringing of patriotism among young people. The characteristic of the main aspects of work in the teenage environment is given. The advantages and disadvantages of modern patriotic programs are singled out, the role of patriotic education in modern Russian society is revealed. The role of school and family as the basic principles of the formation of the moral-patriotic consciousness of the child is singled out. The results of empirical studies on the formation of civic identity of student's youth in the conditions of regional educational polymental space discussed in the monograph. The study, which was attended by 300 university students of the Chuvash Republic, was aimed at studying the civil and ethnic identity, civil identity characteristics (strength and valence), factors of consolidation, responsibility for what is happening on the different social distances, significance human rights and freedoms in the representation of student youth.

This paper analyzes the investment projects of grain deep processing. Deep processing of grain is the allocation and use of grain components. In the United States 36 percent of grain crop is exposed to deep processing. For Russia, the deep processing of grain is a relatively new concept. Its development in the Russian Federation will allow to produce high-tech products, which are in strong demand on the world market. Deep processing of grain is an integral part of import substitution. Despite the fact that the grain processing plants pay off just in 5 years, no plant has been built until recently. After joining the WTO alcohol production will be unprofitable without the production of grain processing products. The authors explore the market of wheat gluten, the starch market, the market of glucose-fructose syrup and the public-private partnership.
