В статье рассмотрены особенности организации тренировочного процесса на спортивно-оздоровительном этапе в хоккее. Спортивно-оздоровительные группы осуществляют свою деятельность на платной (коммерческой) основе, возраст занимающихся, цели и задачи, стоящие перед тренером на данном этапе, обуславливают управление тренировочным процессом. Немаловажным является построение эффективного взаимодействия с родителями занимающихся.
