«Analysis of innovation management at a bakery enterprise in modern conditions»
The article considers the problems of innovation management in modern industrial enterprises of the baking industry, reflects the need for a qualitative analysis of the management activities of industrial enterprises in the field of innovation. We analyzed the innovation management system of the bakery enterprise, which revealed significant shortcomings in this area of management.
