After joining the WTO alcohol production will be unprofitable without the production of grain processing products. The authors explore the market of wheat gluten, the starch market, the market of glucose-fructose syrup and the public-private partnership.

Successful activity of the educational organization on interaction with companies that are engaged in production of certain products is possible only in cooperation with higher education institutions and the employer. New information technologies significantly expand the use of information resources in various agricultural sectors.
