The article highlights the problem of distance learning for children with special educational needs during the period of self-isolation. The article presents the online project Creative Workshop “Skazka”, developed and implemented in children's groups in the period of coronavirus pandemic.

Distance learning is a form of learning in which any methods and forms of learning are used, carried out on computer and telecommunications technologies, as well as the interaction of all participants in the educational process with each other at a distance, implemented using computers and other Internet resources. This article is based on the psycho-pedagogical research of values orientation formation in different age groups. This research touches upon diverse approaches to values development and acceptance among children, teenagers and youngsters. This article adduses quantitative analysis of values preferences in different periods of life as well as qualitative analysis of these values in each age group.

The article is devoted to problems of Russian inclusive education. Based on the results of theoretical analysis the author raises some questions and their solutions may help to increase the effectiveness of the activity of inclusive educational organizations, provide harmonization of relations of inclusive education members and that will guarantee a successful integration of children with disabilities and special needs in the society.

Abstract: Anthropometric data provide indicators of age-appropriate children early to identify them, fix deviations from the norm. В статье предпринята попытка восполнить данный пробел. Изучены материалы судебной практики по делам об изъятии земель для государственных нужд, законодательство и позиции учёных. Дано авторское определение понятия «государственные нужды».
