The authors of the article propose for the recovery of children with an altered state of consciousness after severe brain injury in the early stages of recovery, a new integrative method of work (clinical anthropocentrism). The article provides an analysis of the treatment of two children with altered states of consciousness, undergoing rehabilitation using the methods of clinical anthropocentrism and without it. The assessment of effectiveness the recovery process is based on two parameters: the rehabilitation of consciousness and motor capabilities.

The article describes a chinch bug Kleidocerys resedae (Panzer, 1797) as a pest of deciduous trees. The main purpose of the work is to determine the percentage of damaged deciduous trees of different types, which were damaged by the pest bug and the influence of climatic factors on their numbers. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by bugs, presented a phenocalendar of a chinch bug development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number. The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

This article discusses some sociocultural segments of public administration as objects of choice of interpretation and actualization of Russian modernization. The author points out, that the strategy of modern Russian economic growth is impossible without a radical reform of public administration.

In pre-revolutionary, Soviet and modern Russian historiography the problem of evaluation of «foreign» influence in various periods in the development of Russia is more than actual, and thoroughly represented. The author notes that in this period, one of the areas of such influence was the activities of foreign («foreign») both military and civilian professionals of various profile and level, invited to the Russian service at the end of the XVII–XVIII centuries. In his article, the author, based on the study of new archival and other sources, attempts to evaluate the «pros» and «cons» of foreign influence, primarily on the development of the Russian state military science and military schools, as well as to strengthen the defense of the state during the first quarter of the XVIII century. In addition, for the first time the article introduces some archival sources into scientific circulation.

The article considers the problem of genital prolapse in women. This is not a rare pathology to date. On the basis of clinical hospital, the authors conducted the study, the statistical data and the results of observations of patients. The researcher also described the classification and different ways of treatment of this pathology, developed a new method of surgical treatment of genital prolapse (circular hemostatic suture in vaginal extirpation of the uterus). At the end of the article the conclusions have been made.

According to the authors, appeared not long ago new psychoactive substances (designer drugs), including synthetic cannabinoids, derivatives of cathinone, phenethylamines, new stimulants, synthetic opioids, tryptamine derivatives, phencyclidine, piperazine, agonists of GABA (A/B) receptors have become a serious problem for both consumers and doctors. Consumers of these substances are attracted primarily by the intensity of psychoactive effects, as well as «legal purity», which is declared by shadow producers. This indicates that there are some significant difficulties of laboratory typing of new surfactants. Designer drugs when ingested, can affect a range of neurotransmitter pathways/receptors: dopamine, cannabinoid (CB1), GABA(A/B), 5-HT2A, glutamate, and k-opioid receptors (KOR), the imbalance of which leads to the development of polymorphic psychotic disorders.

According to the authors, the application of AkvaD3etrim on the background of symptomatic therapy of rickets and the vitamin D deficiency in children showed that, the drug leads to more dynamic performance improvement of calcium and phosphorus in blood, reduces the period of clinical symptoms and reduces the frequency of relapse of the disease.

The results allow to include colposcopy-uterine cytology (by histological indications), bacteriological and direct microscopic studies (if indicated by PCR – polymerase chain reaction) in the observation of pregnant women with abnormal cervical pathology. The ultrasound reveals not only pregnancy but also the prevalence of associated cervical and endometrial pathology, ovarian and helps to estimate the condition of the endometium, myometrium, bacteriological examination, diagnostics and to make correction on time with subsequent follow-up observation of the patients prior to delivery.

The article contains the results of holter ECG monitoring of 78 women with arterial hypertension of the II stage in the late fertile period with diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy with hypoestrogenemy with "metabolically healthy" visceral obesity (MHVO) at the outpatient stage and the frequency of episodes of SMI in this category of patients. Patients with hypertension with concentric LVH have a greater potential for the development of relative coronary insufficiency, than women with its eccentric option. Limitation of coronary perfusion and reduced relaxation properties of hypertrophied myocardium in women with hypertension in late fertile period with diagnosed LVH may be a pathophysiological basis of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia, which is manifested in the form of episodes of SMI, which is significantly more often (p < 0,05) occurs in patients with metabolic "morbid"obesity.

The author considers that profession training requires mastery of competencies and is typical for many modern professions, including logistics. Traditional ways of learning do not allow to solve problems, which appeared again. The use of CASE-technologies partially reduced this problem, but it led to a number of new tasks. In the article, the author discussed the development of communication skills in preschoolers in the process of theatrical activities in terms of preschool educational establishment. On the basis of theoretical analysis results, previously performed by several authors of research works, the author justifies the importance of this work to implement good practice in preschool educational establishment, aimed at the formation of important child’s communicative abilities in this age. Analysis of the current modern conditions of activity of the preschool educational establishment and the failure of elaboration of thistopic determined the purpose of this study, which is based on formation of communicative abilities in children of preschool age through theatrical activities. The need for decisions formulated by the author of the study, determined the course of the experimental part of the work aimed at the identification of pedagogical conditions and the development of methods of learning, including theatrical activities and promoting the effective development of communication skills. In this paper the technique is presented quite briefly, however, the author reveals the main stages of its implementation in the activities of the preschool educational establishment. The result of logical and scientific experimental part of the study, the author confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodology for lessons, aimed at formation of high-level communicative abilities in preschoolers.

The influence of physical load to some blood components dynamics in 30-days baby rabbit’s blood during prenatal period was investigated by us. That’s why changes of normal and experimental rabbit puppies after short and long term physical load in some morphological indicators were explored through blood of 30-days rabbit puppies born by mothers suffered from hypoxia during fetal period of prenatal development. Significant changes occurred by comparison results from experiments on control animals with the results from experiment on experimental animal. Reduction and rising appeared in some indicators of blood elements after physical load in 30-days normal rabbit puppies blood and in 30-days rabbit puppies born by mothers suffered hypoxia during 10 days 20 minutes every day in fetal period of prenatal development. Therefore the level of blood indicators in normal and hypoxia condition depends on the condition of central nervous system.
