The article proposes a method for calculating the taxonomic formula for the geoecological hazard of the cadastral district. The engineering-geological zoning map uses for calculating the balance of the territory by the hazard index – the basis of the taxonomic formula. The taxonomic formula as an open data set makes it possible to characterize the geoecological hazards of the territory of a district. The geoenvironmental hazard map of cadastral districts is necessary for regional model of spatial planning at the municipal level.

The article is devoted to the study of the emergence of the concept of «symbol» in Russian culture of the XVIII century. The idea of introducing symbols into the culture, allowed not only the extollment of the secular over the religious, but also the strengthening of the right to power. Appealing to the book «Symbols and Emblemata» allows us to consider the ideas of Peter the First in the framework of cultural discourse.

This article briefly considered the problem of healthy food, culture of food and influence of design as a culture on the positive perception of useful products. The comparative analysis of the American fast food and the Japanese sushi (the most common forms of fast food in our country) are carried out for identification of design means at the expense of which the attractive image of food is formed and the visual harmony is reached. Several versions of the approved design decisions for achievement of desirable taste perception are also offered.

The questions connected with the organization of group work with the elementary school students are revised in this article as well as its object, objectives, advantages and difficulties which may occur during the preparation work. The author reveals the essence and meaning of the pedagogical facilitation and draws attention that one of the conditions for its effective organization is the pedagogical facilitation of the teacher and the safe educational environment. The pedagogical facilitation is being reviewed though the following components: emotionally-cognitive, praxeologically-behavioural, reflexive ones.

The paper presents an analysis of the development of the system of modern upbringing of patriotism among young people. The characteristic of the main aspects of work in the teenage environment is given. The advantages and disadvantages of modern patriotic programs are singled out, the role of patriotic education in modern Russian society is revealed. The author considers aspects of the participation of right-wing liberal parties in the election cycle in 2016–2017 at the regional level (by the example of Saratov region). An analysis of the election materials and data of the Election Commission of Saratov region has allowed to identify and describe the basic software and the ideological, organizational and resource reasons of the electoral crisis regional right-wing liberal movement.

For the first time the authors have revealed a cultural species Betula raddeana Trautv. of the genus Betula L. (Betulaceae Dumort.), for the flora of the Nakhchivan AR collected 02.12.2018 in the city of Nakhchivan. New locations of Betula pendula Roth. were also revealed Ordubad district – Paragachay, Agdara, between the villages of Mazra and Urmys, in the vicinity of the settlements of Bilav, Paraga and Bilav-Tivi 1600–2600 m above sea level. The birch species are of national economic and medical importance.

The article contains data from studies conducted in 2015–2016 in the North-Еastern part of Kazakhstan. In the experiments the effect of various doses of non-traditional fertilizer together with mineral fertilizer on the yield of sunflower was investigated. Various doses and ratios of mineral fertilizers have been applied, which can affect the yield of sunflower. As a source material, varieties of sunflower of Russian breeding Zarya and a hybrid of Fortimi USA breeding and non-traditional fertilizers – zeolite are taken. In order to determine the effect on the fertility of soils, the agrochemical characteristics of soils in land areas and the content of mobile forms of nutrients were studied. The main agrochemical characteristics and content of mobile forms of nutrients for soil of land plots are investigated in the article.

The democracy plays an important role at the enterprises that are implemented for the purpose of building and developing harmonious and stable labor relations with the participation of many stakeholders including trade union organizations as representatives of the protection of the workers’ rights and legitimate interests. The role of Vietnam trade union in building and developing harmony of labor relations is to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of democracy in business with more content and more concrete measures. This article mentions some questions about the role of Vietnam trade union in building, signing and executing and monitoring the implementation of collective agreements at enterprises.

According to the author, it is necessary to develop requirements for a corporate information system that allows you to manage Internet resources effectively.

The article provides consumers’ requirements to the modern clothes. The ways of ergonomic clothes design have been analyzed. A variety of modern technologies and tools have been described that help to research the ergonomics of the work process. The author analyzes the methods of ergonomic evaluation of system quality and provides the requirements for the ergonomic clothes design. Based on the analysis results of the existing ways of designing ergonomic clothes, a new design of the process of designing ergonomic clothes using the technology of three-dimensional scanning has been proposed. The proposed technology provides an opportunity for virtual simulation of the behavior of the “man – clothing” system in statics and dynamics.

The article deals with analysis of methods and approaches solving problems with multi-criteria choice in conditions of uncertainty; describes the theory of multidimensional utility theory of fuzzy sets Zadeh and method of analysis of hierarchies Saaty decision-making in multiobjective multidimensional systems. The author has also provided the analysis of the management of nuclear power plants on the subcritical level. Pareto-optimization approach of control has been used as methods of resource management. It explores the work of the optimization algorithm solutions consisting of two stages.

This article describes the figurative component of the linguacultural concept «property» revealed through the text analysis of the novel «The Man of Property» by John Galsworthy. The authors define the basic properties of the concept «property» and prototypical methods of reflecting objects and phenomena by this concept. The results of this research may be used in creating dictionaries of linguacultural concepts of the English language.

The article discusses the valence concept as a phenomenon at an intersection of syntax and lexical semantics. The author also provides the types of valence and directions that help to study the valence theory in parallel with case grammar. The study aims to look into the reasons why the derivative word may be the reflection of underlying grammatical case meanings.

The purpose of this article is to examine the phenomenon of sound metaphor manifested in the best way in poetic texts and the most consciously used within symbolism as an art movement; and to identify the semiotic structure of the poem «Langueur» by P. Verlaine as well. In order to achieve this purpose, a linguo-semiotic analysis is undertaken which solves the following tasks: identification of the semiotic techniques used by the poet, and the subsequent interpretation of the poem.

This article covers the expression of implicit gender identity of the subject of speech activity in the 19th and 20th century women's memories. The study revealed that implicit gender aspects associated with linguistic ascertainment of gender stereotypes presented in female linguistic material form the lexico-semantic category of “Character”. Within this category, the lexico-semantic sub-categories “Emotionality”, “Fearfulness and diffidence” and “Dreaminess” play a significant role, representing the corresponding stereotypes.

The article considers the mechanism to attract the investments by the government in the field of import-substituting productions. The analyzed projects have been designed to reduce dependence on foreign products. The authors have also justified proposals to ensure the effective development of the country's economy by investing in the creation of import-substituting productions.

The research presented in the article is aimed at revealing common main tendencies of agricultural development considered in the light of one of the pressing problems of modern Russia – the problem of import substitution. The methodological basis of the article was the monographic, statistical, logical and other methods of analysis. The main approaches to understanding the concept of «import substitution» are presented in view of the multiple interpretations. The main problems in the sphere of agricultural production have been revealed, hampering the process of import substitution. The results of the work can be used to further study and conduct a deeper analysis of the current state of import substitution of food and agricultural raw materials in Russia.
