Climatological information and data on climate and factors that influence climate are of great importance for obtaining complex indicators of climate assessment in urban areas. Models RayMan and SkyHelios are two free available micro-scale models. They are used to calculate and evaluate skyview factors (SVF), the duration of sunshine, shadows and radiation fluxes. In addition, the RayMan model is able to evaluate the modern thermal indicators used in human biometeorology. Two models coincide and link several data formats, for example GIS results and information transfer for subsequent processing in urban climatological studies and problems. The final result of the model is the calculation of the average temperature of eradiation, which is required in the model of the human energy balance and, thus, for the assessment of the thermal bioclimate.

This article is devoted to the history of the development and peculiarities of the Chinese traditional national Opera from its inception to the XVII century, which formed the basis for the formation of the modern Chinese Opera. The author notes that the skills and experience of the Chinese tradition of opera, as a rule, is passed on from generation to generation, from experienced actors to their children or grandchildren. It is pointed out in the article that Chinese opera does not pursue permanent changes, every change must go through a long trial to demonstrate its own rationality and purposefulness.

As rules of conducting fight from Ancient Rome and as the boxing became the Olympic sport changed up to now is studied. The box demands from the fighter physical force and endurance, excellent reaction and coordination, the perfected equipment. Skills of the boxer are poured extremely effective in extreme situations when it is necessary to stand for itself, for the relatives, for justice.

According to the properties of melting points and boiling points of the elements of the periodic table of D.I. Mendeleyev the application of the unpacking hypothesis of the substance was verified. The article contains the results of the verification. In general, according to the data for 98 substances taken from the information in Internet, convergence of results with an error of up to 40% for 73 substances was obtained. The effect of periodicity on the result is found. An exception to the calculated dependences was obtained for ten substances: noble gas and most halogens. A large discrepancy between the theoretical formulas and the reference data was also caused by the 14 elements of the middle groups.

A comprehensive assessment of the results of the state program implementation of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district – Yugra of the culture development in the conditions of the economic crisis was carried out.
