The field materials collected in the farms of the Olenek National Evenk District show the use of indicators for the adaptation criteria of traditional agriculture in the modern agricultural system. Actual data on three indicators of the activities of workers and their farms were introduced into scientific circulation: the number of farms and the availability of land and natural resources; the development of farms based on a set of five key indicators of their economic activity; opinions of workers about their traditional lifestyle in the countryside.

The objective of this study was to study and supplement the available data on the macro-microscopic structure and topography of the rabbit's spleen. In this study, anatomical and histological methods were used. The results of the rabbit spleen study complement and confirm the available data on the topography of the spleen. In the course of the study, it was established that the splenic branches form 4–5 segmental arteries, which further branch into the trabecular arteries. The group of pulpary arteries reaches a diameter of 0.2 mm, surrounded by lymphoid periarterial sheaths and splenic lymphoid nodules.

The article presents the developed methodology for carrying out cultural expertise. The purpose of the expertise is defined as the establishment of the quality of the cultural component in the substantive and technological components of the educational process. The article deals with the problem of developing the qualities of femininity in girls of the sixth year of life. The urgency of this problem is due to profound changes in society, as there is an intensive confusion of gender ideas about male and female roles, the value of gender is lost. Femininity is a complex formation. In the sixth year of life, children have already formed an idea of ​​their gender, and children are able to characterize it by certain signs. At the same time, it is quite difficult for children of this age to identify meaningful characteristics, to highlight the qualities that characterize children as representatives of a certain gender. The analysis of the possibilities of the plot-role-playing game as a means of developing femininity is presented.

The results of the research expand the knowledge of the essence of the concepts «individual educational trajectory», «individual curriculum», «individual educational program». The purpose of an individual educational route is considered from the perspective of a cultural approach.

The article deals with the main components of the model of the process of designing the didactic space of the teacher with the help of in-house training of the teaching staff of the school. Criteria and indicators of efficiency of the offered model are defined. The proposed diagnostic tools allow to fix external and internal changes in the professional activity and in the semantic sphere of the teacher, as well as qualitative changes in the students with whom the teacher works. A level approach to assessing the formation of the didactic space of the teacher on the set of indicators of the proposed criteria is proposed.

The present paper objective is to update the issue of phonological competence development in the framework of multicultural education. On the ground of modern pedagogical studies, the basics of multicultural education are refined on and the content of phonological competence is revealed. The process of acquiring phonological competence is characterized on the basis of the comparative method that includes internal and external subject integration. The paper provides the system of contrastive-phonological activities for mastering phonological competence.

Data on the processes of feeding and maintenance of broilers is presented. The principles of the use of vitamin supplements to increase the meat productivity of poultry are substantiated.

On the basis of the analysis of the main demographic indicators of the child population of Yakutia, the problem of the demographic potential of the republic is considered in the varticle. The materials of the All-Russian Population Census, statistical materials of the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) were used as the basis for the study. The positive and negative features of the dynamics of demographic indicators are highlighted.

The problems of public hearings, their organization and conduct are debatable around the world. This institution of self-government is being improved in accordance with the expansion of citizens' rights in the management of urban processes, the introduction of information technologies in the implementation process. In Russia, the Federal Law №212 dated July 21, 2017 introduced changes to the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation to improve the effectiveness of this institution in the conditions of informatization and digitalization. The authors of this article conducted a comparative analysis of the forms and procedures of organization, issues discussed in world practice, and concluded that in European countries, the USA, Canada the range of issues discussed at public hearings is wider, information technologies are used more widely, and decisions are mandatory for making. In Russia, the results of public hearings have no legal status. A study of world practices is required to use the positive experience of other countries in ensuring the effectiveness of this institution.

Based on the physical model of «unpacking» a fluid, published in 1983 to explain the physical nature of surface tension, an explanation of capillary phenomena was proposed. The unified physical nature of the condensation process and the processes in the capillaries expressed in terms of the surface tension of the liquid is proved. To prove the applicability of the «unpacking» model for capillary phenomena, an empirical Borelli-Jurin formula for determining the height of fluid lifting in capillaries was theoretically derived depending on the magnitude of the surface tension. The assumptions under which the formula is obtained are indicated. In addition, the article proposes a new formula for determining the maximum height of liquid lift in the capillaries, depending on the critical temperature of the liquid and the molecular weight of the liquid.

This article discusses the features of progressive systems of effective management of material resources in Russia and abroad. The theoretical position of inventory management systems is analyzed, the application of these systems by mining companies is considered. Based on a comparative analysis, a conclusion was drawn on the management of material resources as one of the main indicators of the effectiveness of the mining industry.

The key factors having an impact on decline in production of work and falling of level of quality of products in the aerospace industry are considered in the article. The analysis of dynamics of development of the aerospace industry is carried out, the statistical data characterizing position of the Russian aviation industry on the world scene are provided. Loudspeakers of the index of labor productivity are analyzed, its influence on quality of products of the industry is estimated. Interrelations are revealed and proved, the tendency to improvement of the situation in the industry is planned.

Crosby in America; one of the most important management properties influences, that reflects a lot of good looks and positions, is considered to use the leading provisions of the concept of TQM. One of the modern approaches for identification of corporate life-cycle stages is based on the cash-flows from different types of activities. According to this method, cash-flows from operating, investing and financing activities are different and form a unique combination depending on particular stage of the cycle and therefore, this information allows to identify these stages. The article overviews the above mentioned approach, analyzes practical examples and provides empirical conclusions based on the research of both foreign and domestic scientists-economists.
