This article brings together previously published evidence of the unified nature of physical processes and phenomena in terms of changes in the energy of a substance molecule. The unified physical nature of all these physical phenomena has been proven, as a single multistage process of energetic unpacking of molecules of a substance, which is logical to call the molecular-energy concept of unpacking a substance. The considered processes include the following processes. Surface rupture, characterized by the surface tension coefficient. The melting process of a substance characterized by its melting point. A boiling process characterized by the boiling point. Evaporation (and condensation) process characterized by internal energy and enthalpy as well as critical point. The conclusions of the theory are confirmed by well-known empirical dependences and by reference books of the physical properties of simple substances: internal energy, enthalpy, surface tension, melting point, boiling point and critical point.

The authors of this article reveal the issues of development of coherent speech of children of senior preschool age in the conditions of a preschool educational organization. They present the author's experience of working on the speech creativity of children by means of modern educational technologies, describe specific methods, techniques and tools in this area of children's activity. They share the forms of work on enriching the developing subject-spatial environment for activating children's coherent speech and working with parents. In currently dynamic environment and fierce competition, hostels are forced to focus not only on the internal state of affairs of the company, but also on developing a long-term strategy of behavior that would allow them to quickly respond to changes in their environment. To analyze the micro-level of the organization's external environment, a competitive analysis is used according to the Porter's five forces model (the intensity of competition among existing players, the threat of the appearance of substitute goods, the threat of new players on the market, the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of consumers). The article analyzes the Porter's model and assesses the factors that influence hostels’ activities in Odintsovo.
