Авторы утверждают, что народная архитектура исторических малых городов почти во всех регионах Северного Таджикистана отличается живописностью, художественным мастерством и вкусом в выборе местоположения поселений, его объемно-пространственной композиции, пластике и декоративной обработке индивидуальных жилых зданий.
