В статье анализируются два перевода стихотворения В. Маяковского «Себе, любимому», выполненных Патрисией Блейк и Андреем Кнеллером. В работе поставлена цель выявить особенности данных переводов, определить какие переводческие приемы позволили воспроизвести произведение на другом языке. Для достижения цели работы используются методы семантико-стилистического и сопоставительного анализов. Исследование показало, что для достижения коммуникативной и художественной эквивалентности авторы переводов используют лексические, синтаксические, грамматические трансформации и другие переводческие приемы.

В статье говорится о научных идеях, исторических достижениях в развитии общества, а также проблемах, волнующих людей на протяжении веков. Автором подчеркивается стратегическая роль человеческого капитала в экономическом развитии общества. Any attempt to measure intellectual potential using formulas leads to its consideration as a simple arithmetic sum. As a result of the activity of an individual, the qualitative state of the intellectual potential of society, the realization of its intellectual potential, apparently determine the level of development of society and all its subsystems: economic, ensuring the production of products, satisfying the material needs of people.

Today, it is general aviation that influences the development of the regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account its territorial characteristics. General aviation can be used for the development of many fields of activity, such as: training military and civilian pilots, fire monitoring, emergency medical care, environmental monitoring; obtaining weather forecasts; combating poachers, use for the construction of unmanned aircraft and solving many other tasks. Moreover, unlike commercial aviation, general avitation increases transport mobility and increases the attractiveness of regions for investors and entrepreneurs. This article discusses the main problems and methods of their solution for the development of the civil aviation transport system.

The paper analyzes a new system for managing government programs in the Russian Federation. The topic is relevant, since government programs were previously implemented with imprecise goals, management was not fast and effective enough, and flexibility was low. The new system eliminated these problems. The final result of the article is not only an analysis of the new system, but also another proposed change that will further improve the new system, which was the goal of the study. The following research methods were used: description, analysis, synthesis.

This article examines the legal framework for the implementation of social services in the city of Moscow for certain categories of citizens. It was noted that the Moscow Government paid special attention to social services for older people, and aimed not only at improving their living conditions, but also at expanding the capabilities of these people to independently provide for their basic living needs. The article also analyzes, on the basis of which it can be concluded that the main directions of the implementation of the Moscow Longevity project are to provide retired citizens living in Moscow with socio-medical, socio-pedagogical, socio-labor services free of charge in order to expand the capabilities of these people to independently provide their basic life needs.

This article deals with the institution of procedural participation, including some issues related to the concept of it in civil justice, the difference between these institutions from other institutions, and the problems of their application in practice. The problem of protecting violated or disputed rights and protecting legally protected interests is becoming particularly relevant in the context of the development of the legal system in the Russian Federation. The resolution of claims with the participation of one plaintiff and one defendant in the case does not always make it possible to protect the entire range of rights related to material legal relations. A new feature of the research is to study not only the theoretical side of the procedural process, discuss issues related to the concept, grounds and classification of the procedural process, but also to address and propose ways to resolve controversial issues related to the theory and practice of the application of procedural complicity.
