The article is devoted to psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of Arabic studies students’ readiness to their future professional activity; modern requirements to level of arabists-orientalists training and professional qualities formation among the arabists.

The relevance of the work due to the need to assess areas of Auliekol district to identify land with a low coefficient of natural protection areas. The purpose of the work is to evaluate ecological and economic balance of Auliekol district of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author applied a method of assessment of environmental and economic balance taking into account the anthropogenic load. To study the state of the object on a regional scale choice as the basis of analysis of the structure of land seems the most adequate, since it is a device of land use objectively reflects the current state of industrial, agricultural, and recreational impacts. The complex assessment of ekologo-economic balance of the territory of Auliekol area ratio of the major categories of land use, taking into account the intensity of anthropogenic load. Coefficient of natural protected areas and analyzed emerging trends in the changing ecological and economic condition. The calculations show that the status of the research area at the moment in General, can be defined as moderately transformed, but clearly there is a tendency the increase of negative phenomena – is the increment of the land subjected to anthropogenic impact

Phraseology enjoys a wide representation in today’s texts of the military-political discourse. Phraseological units are indispensable of metaphoricity that imparts a special expression and unique peculiarity to journalistic genre. This study is intended for students specialized in philology and a broad audience.

The current study is aimed at functional analysis of phraseological units in today’s English periodicals. An everlasting interest of contemporary researches to the above mentioned object of studies stems from the thesis that phraseological units are a potent linguistic means to convey emotional potential and vivid images of texts belonging to the publicistic genre.

Fires in the forests of the central ecological zone are the main disaster, which disturb forests’ ecosystems and reduce the environmental impact of forests. Through statistical analysis the author identified as follows: forest fire situation (square, frequency, and timber loss) for the period from 2011 to 2015. Moreover, the research includes the information about the dynamic patterns and main causes of fire.

One of the urgent problems of modern linguistics and intercultural communication is a lexicographical description of speech in conjunction with its peculiar cultural background. This problem is solved by creating a vocabulary that reveals the child's world through language. This bilingual child has never been the object of lexicographing and linguocultural analysis before. The selected approach to the study of speech features of bilingual children is stipulated by the role of cultural background in the system of language means reflecting the specific perception of life conditions in several cultures at the same time. For the first time the authors developed a model describing lexicographical vocabulary of bilingual child speech. The main method of collecting material was questionnaires.

This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress. The signs of soil degradation are thinning or absence of vegetation, phytotoxicity, changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil: formation of lumpy soil structure, hydrophobicity, salinity, high pH values, lack of available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, phytotoxicity.

This article deals with the problems of graphic disciplines teaching in technical colleges associated with lack of basic training of students and the difficulties of adaptation to training in the new environment.
