The article discusses key approaches to evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of the processes taking place in the organization. The scheme for analyzing the effectiveness of subsystems and processes in the organization is presented. The factors influencing the efficiency of using lean manufacturing tools in the company are identified. A step-by-step approach to minimizing the main types of losses in the organization is presented according to the Lean concept.

Описаны типовые потери и инструменты, рекомендуемые ко внедрению в бизнес-процессы предприятия, для их устранения. С учетом процессно-ориентированного подхода к формализации функций промышленного предприятия сформулированы первоначальные шаги, выполнение которых позволяет не только провести его детальный системный анализ, но и выявить факторы, препятствующие минимизации потерь, устранение которых приведет к существенному повышению эффективности деятельности в целом.

The problem of developing low-yield oilfields in the Orenburg region is an important problem for the regional economy. Changes in the natural structure of pore space occur during the filtration of fluids during the development of deposits. Technological (injected into the reservoir water) and natural (oil) fluids contain a large number of solid particles of various origins - mechanical, salt, biological, paraffin, resinous asphaltene, etc. During fluid filtration, part of the pores are blocked by these particles (collation of pore systems). Considering the existing technical solutions of the devices that allow to destroy the bottomhole formation zone and revealing their shortcomings, we proposed a device for multiple hydroimpulse impact on the reservoir, which can be used in conjunction with string pumps during well development.
