The article shows the dynamics of the development of the mortgage lending market in Russia, its trends and possible prospects, and also based on key parameters (interest rates of mortgage loans and the key rate of the Bank of Russia), the population's demand for secondary housing is forecasted.

According to the Federal law «On banks and banking activities» the Bank is a credit institution that has the exclusive right to carry out the following banking operations in the aggregate: attracting deposits of individuals and legal entities, placing these funds on its own behalf and at its own expense on the terms of repayment, payment, urgency, opening and maintaining Bank accounts of individuals and legal entities.

In modern times, the banking sector is an integral part of the economic system of any state. Banks are called the link between industry, commerce, agriculture and population. On this basis there is a necessity and importance of the banking sector, both for business and for the economy as a whole.

The article investigates the issues of financial stability and investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region, based on the qualitative statistical analysis of accounts payable. The author has analyzed the structure of lending to industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region and presented conclusions on the composition of accounts payable and forecasts of lending processes development of the industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region.

The article is focused on analysis of trends in the development of the mortgage and insurance market in the period from 2007 to 2014. The article presents the Russian and international approaches to define the essence of mortgage insurance, reveals goals of mortgage system functioning, analyzes key indicators of mortgage market development and identified factors influencing its development.
