The labour market is a place where a constant competition between candidates eager to get employment and those who want to maintain it takes place. Of course, the best chance of getting a job have people who are educated and qualified in occupations within a deficit group. We cannot forget that nowadays on the labour market there is a surplus of labour supply over demand. With such a competition, little chance of getting a job have people affected by social exclusion. They are, among others, people with disabilities, including intellectual ones. Another problem is the demographic changes observed in many countries of the world, which indicate that due to low population growth and lack of direct replacement of generations, the labour market will run out of hands to work. As a result of this, in many countries working age is extended. Authors assume that such treatments may not be sufficient and countries will have to use the resources previously unaccounted for or included in a small proportion, for example people with disabilities. This paper introduces reader to the system of supported employment. This concept, although new, is gaining more and more supporters. In the study the authors focus special attention on the future profession – job coach. They describe the qualifications necessary to perform this function, and also show the forms of professional development of a person employed for the job.

В данной статье рассмотрен геофизический метод исследований в археологии – магнитометрическая съёмка. Принцип действия данного метода, особенности применения, ограничения, связанные с физическими свойствами и геологическими особенностями среды исследования и свойствами объекта.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с установлением административного надзора за лицами, освобожденными из мест лишения свободы в странах ближнего зарубежья и в России. Анализируются правовые основы и организация административного надзора в странах дальнего зарубежья. Автором особо отмечается, что надзор за освобожденными из мест лишения свободы преступниками, рассматривается в большинстве из них как уголовно-правовой институт, базирующийся не столько на реализации надзорной функции, сколько на социальной помощи, социализации осужденных, освобожденных из пенитенциарных учреждений.

Одним из перспективных типов инноваций, получивших распространение на рынках развивающихся стран, является разработка, производство и про-движение потребительской продукции низшего ценового сегмента на рынках с ограниченным платежеспособным спросом. Такие инновации направлены на удовлетворение потребностей широких слоев малообеспеченного, чувствительного к цене населения путем создания недорогой продукции (или услуг) с оптимизированными функциональными возможностями.

Сделаны выводы на основе обобщения взглядов различных исследователей, сформулировавших теорию рынка с ресурсными ограничениями, а также определение относительной важности отдельных факторов потенциала рынка с ресурсными ограничениями.

В статье затрагивается проблема расширения рынка сбыта регулируемой организации, оказывающей услуги в сфере теплоснабжения в сельских населенных пунктах в условиях Севера, являющегося важным условием развития такой организации, в частности, и системы теплоснабжения в целом. Несмотря на необходимость расширения рынка сбыта и наличие разработанной нормативно-правовой базы в сфере теплоснабжения, существует ряд факторов, ограничивающих подключение новых потребителей к системе теплоснабжения. В настоящее время проблемы подключения новых потребителей стоят особо остро.

За период 2009–2019 гг. в ГосЦентре безопасности полетов и Авиарегистре РФ были проведены исследования 8 случаев грубых посадок воздушных судов различных типов. В двух случаях речь идет о воздушных судах производства фирмы Боинг. Очевидны причины споров пилотов относительно методик и рекомендаций по выполнению посадки. Тем не менее, строгое выдерживание установленного профиля предпосадочного снижения (stabilized approach), а также сбалансированное и соответствующее рекомендациям FCTM управление самолетом на этапе выравнивания снижает риск грубого приземления.

В статье дополнены и систематизированы приемы ограничения свободы творческого мышления, в том числе как средства дополнительной мотивации успешности создаваемого произведения.

The article describes the development of the Russian IT industry in the context of sanctions restrictions. The main goal of this work is to determine the specifics of the development and implementation of import substitution programs aimed at overcoming the technological dependence of the Russian IT industry on the procurement of imported equipment, components, technologies and services. As prospects for the implementation of import substitution programs, the development of unique information products, systems and technologies for managing them based on the availability of their own component bases while ensuring an adequate level of quality is determined by the economic actors of the Russian IT industry.

In the conditions of aggravated competition, an important factor in supporting the competitiveness of Russian enterprises is the enhancement of the qualifications and professional competencies of personnel. Under the conditions of the negative impact of sanctions restrictions, the personnel of enterprises becomes one of the key resources to ensure ongoing activities and the strategic development of production. Successful implementation of sectoral import substitution strategies will largely depend on the attitude of enterprise management to staff development. These circumstances indicate the high relevance of the topic of this article.

Sanctions restrictions had a negative impact on the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, because they put them in obviously unfavorable conditions. Therefore, the concept of competitiveness has acquired a new economic essence in relation to the conduct by Russian enterprises of competitive struggle in international markets. As a result of the study, the notion of enterprise competitiveness in the context of sanctions restrictions was clarified, and the expediency of taking into account their impact on the competitiveness of individual enterprises in the context of their implementation of plans and development programs as part of their import substitution strategies was justified.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию применения секьюритизации активов. В работе исследован временной период, характеризующийся возникновением и развитием данного метода. Выявлена и проанализирована необходимость применения секьюритизации, в связи с изменениями законодательства и иными факторами рассматриваемого периода времени. Приведены положительные стороны секьюритизации активов, и выявлена связь между изменившимся регулированием банковской сферы и ее возникновением.

В данной статье рассматривается ситуация российской экономики в 2015 году. Автор отмечает, что ЦБ РФ дает неблагоприятную оценку современной перспективы для экономики нашей страны.
