Alongside its social and cultural role, higher education is, and will continue to be, central to Sudan's performance in the twenty first century. It is the key mechanism through which knowledge is generated, preserved and passed on. Since higher skills significantly influence life chances and earning potential, wider and fairer access to higher education is a question of basic social justice. To succeed in widening access to poorer students over the coming years. It is in the interests of the society that there are no caps on talent in Sudan'. Fairer access to university for the educationally disadvantaged but able sudanese pupils has to remain a key concern. In this paper we set out our strategy for sustaining a quota system for higher education to help rectify the damaged social fabric in wor-torn areas of Sudan by temporarily constitutionalizing positive discrimination in education.

Familiarization with the safety culture as a component of the general culture is a necessary and important component of the child's socialization. Modern research provides convincing evidence that a person can carry out life activities that are safe for himself, the surrounding society and nature only if value orientations and all components of the safety culture are formed: motivation for safety; a system of knowledge about the sources of danger and means of their prevention and overcoming; safe behavior competencies; physical and psychological readiness to overcome dangerous situations; readiness for aesthetic perception and assessment of reality; personal qualities that contribute to the prevention and overcoming of dangerous situations.

The article presents a study of how a game can change a person's life. At the beginning of the article, some variants of the concepts and meanings of the word “game” which are used in the article are provided. The following are examples of how the influence of the game on a person, their mood, emotional state and psyche in general can be studied. The mechanism that affects the consolidation of a new positive experience and the transformation that occurred in the game, is described. The mechanism that is embedded in our body, in physiology, is based on the production of hormones. It is through evaluating and observing the emotional state of the participants in the game that we can see how the game changes not only the emotional state of the participants, but also strengthens their resilience. The main issue of this study is a further development of the criteria of personnel evaluation in knowledge-based organizations and application of this method in order to conduct the performance appraisal in terms of a particular company. Two research methods are used: the analysis of the data based on in-depth interviews, and questioning of 130 existing company respondents according to 360-degree feedback model. The results are analyzed and then proposed to the superiors of the company. The following study presents a description of the investigated field context, an analysis of the existing approaches in performance appraisal, chosen methods justification, and results anticipated.
