Full–fledged aesthetic education is the environment that surrounds a child in kindergarten: a kindergarten building, a plot with its equipment and green spaces, a developing subject -spatial environment: furniture, toys, educational aids. But nature gives children the richest emotional experience. The main task in the aesthetic development of children with visual impairment by means of nature is the formation of a value–semantic perception of the world that helps to make a person higher, richer, more attentive.

This article examines the experience of the school on the use of extracurricular activities in order to form children's ecological consciousness of a synergetic (nature-centric) type. The author reveals the technology of creating a multicomponent educational space through the integration of secondary schools and institutions of additional education, higher educational institutions, industrial enterprises, public organizations.

The transition to a cumulative system of professional development of teaching staff is one of the key factors in the modernization of the Russian education system at the present stage. In this article, the main issues of legal regulation of state administration of subsoil use in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra are considered. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that the Okrug’s further development depends on the effective state (legal) regulation of subsoil use. The importance of the issue of state regulation of the activities of subsoil use entities is due to the fact that the Russian economy has a pronounced raw material orientation. In this article, the results of a study concerning the features of attitude towards nature in young school-aged children diagnosed with mild mental disability are presented. The author focuses on complementarities of W. Scott’s social and political journalism and literary images in his heritage, evidenced by the explored material.

This work fits into a framework of a program, elucidated in [1–3], of the geometrization of physics, as set in motion by the mathematical works of William Kingdon Clifford and continued into Einstein’s theory of General Relativity as well as the theories of John Archibald Wheeler. It discusses the physical and mathematical foundations of vacuum light-geometry and the Algebra of Signatures. The vacuum is investigated by probing it with mutually perpendicular monochromatic rays of light with different wavelengths. The result is a hierarchy of nested 3-D light landscapes («λmn-vacua»). We consider a locally uncurved and curved state of a vacuum region on the basis of the mathematical theory known as the Algebra of Signatures. A «vacuum condition» is formulated, based on the definition of the «vacuum balance». Inert properties of the λmn-vacuum are considered. A kinematic basis for the possibility of discontinuities in a local neighborhood of a λmn-vacuum is introduced. On the basis of the foundations of the Algebra of Signatures described in [2; 3], metric-dynamic models of all elementary particles included in the Standard Model are obtained. In this paper new concepts are introduced, some of them with correspondingly new terminology. Therefore, at the end of the article a glossary of new terms is provided.

World outlook value of results of ontologic researches of unity of the learned natural life by criteria of natural sciences is investigated; the concept of structural levels of the nature is estimated by the modern scientific version of an explanation of unity of a structural variety of life adequate to criteria of scientific character of multidimensionality of cultural experience of mankind; structural levels of the nature are characterized by stages of self-organization of the nature.

The article describes the women’ characters in Turgenev’s novels, discovers that there is the character of “demonical woman”, which is used in the novels often enough, besides the character of “Turgenev’s young lady”, representing his novels. According to the author the character of “demonical woman” is associated with author’s philosophic point of view about nature and with his love concept, this character is found in the novels, representing love as a fateful power which brings under control freedom. These women’ characteristic features are power and strong personality. The author considers that the character of “demonical woman” is created by Turgenev in real and unreal manners.
