The scientific article presents the results of the analysis of the definition of the theoretical characteristics, essence and concept of the economic category «the effectiveness of the organization's activities». Particular attention is paid to the concept of «economic efficiency» in assessing the activities of the enterprise. The relevance of determining the essence and concept of efficiency in the activities of the organization is that, thanks to the assessment of its indicators, the success of doing business is analyzed. It has been determined that the essence and characteristics of «the effectiveness of the organization» is defined as the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial activities of the enterprise.

The article is devoted to the analysis of advertising and its impact on consumer behavior and choices. A justification of such processes from a psychological point of view is given. Psychological methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising are also considered. An example of a specific advertising case is presented and analyzed. The authors propose a reporting methodology based on GRI for companies planning to switch to non-financial reporting.

The article outlines the theoretical aspects of the innovative ecosytem concept. The main factors that form a favorable environment for the development of ecosystems in the region are identified. Based on the correlation-regression model, the relationship between the region's investment attractiveness and the human capital is established. The estimated cost of investment in fixed assets and the average annual number of employees for ecosystems in the Yaroslavl region have been considered.

The main objective of this study is to clarify the economic essence of the concept of competitiveness, as well as its components in relation to the activities of economic entities and the modern realities of the development of the Russian economy, taking into account the negative impact of sanctions restrictions. В настоящее время конкурентные преимущества нефтяных компаний во многом определяются глобализацией хозяйственной жизни. Для крупных нефтяных компаний процесс глобализации делает актуальным повышение их конкурентоспособности за счет диверсификации, привлечения финансовых средств, снижения издержек производства за счет выпуска стандартизированной продукции и экономии на масштабе, использования более тесных деловых связей с другими предприятиями, банками для создания предпринимательских сетей и т. д. В статье рассмотрено понятие конкурентоспособности, представлена система сущностных характеристик конкурентоспособности нефтегазовых компаний как экономической категории, раскрыты основные факторы, которые влияют на конкурентоспособность международных компаний нефтегазовой отрасли, а также их особенности, приведен анализ практического опыта российской компании ПАО «Лукойл». Рассмотрены основные финансовые риски компании и предложены методы по их минимизации. Сделан вывод о том, что современная ситуация на рынке диктует требование по увеличению инновационной активности компании в качестве основного инструмента обеспечения высокого уровня конкурентоспособности и порождает необходимость решения ряда новых задач в организации и управлении инновационной деятельностью российских компаний на примере ПАО «Лукойл»./

This article is devoted to the analysis of the factors of the internal environment of the enterprise that affect the achievement of the strategic goal, which determines the overall level of competitiveness of the management system of this company. The main distinguishing features of manipulation are the hidden nature of influence, desire of author to subordinate the addressee and to change his point of view. The speech manipulator should have skillful linguistic and psychological skills. Manipulation is commonly used in almost all spheres of human activity, including politics. Political text as a kind of manipulation of public's consciousness is one of the most essential and the least understood problems in contemporary speech communication.
