As the results of the study of educational motivation show, the growth of students with a low level of school motivation from class to class... Lack of motivation to learn often leads to persistent academic failure and intellectual passivity. Therefore, each teacher should choose such teaching methods to increase the level of knowledge and interest of students in their lessons.

The article is devoted to the issue of forming cognitive interest in younger students with intellectual disability. The issue is present not only among children with intellectual disability, but it is with them that it is most difficult to form it, since in primary school age these children still have a predominant play activity, as a result of which children with intellectual disability have distorted conception about the world around them. Intellectually disabled students tend to have a superficial acquaintance with any subject, as a result of which it is quite difficult for them to analyze and synthesize, so their perception and understanding also suffers. The correctional program presented in the article has a mission to eliminate these problems and help children in the formation of correct cognition.

In this article, the problem of declining reader interest among high school students is considered. A way of solving this problem is proposed: increasing high school students' interest in reading by using modern technologies. The research methods used in this paper include theoretical (analysis of scientific, non-fiction and fiction literature, followed by analysis and synthesis of obtained data), as well as empirical (a survey in order to determine the reading activity of students, comparison and analysis of obtained data, systematization and statistical processing of research materials) methods. The author has examined several modern information and communication resources, of which those most suitable for the purpose of this study have been selected: an online survey, a poster, a book trailer and an Internet forum. The results of this study demonstrated a positive dynamic in 10th grade students' reader interest, thus confirming the hypothesis.

It is inexpedient that the Central Bank for carrying out the tough restriction policy directed to oppression of economic development and further primitivizing of national economy. It is offered to transform monetary policy for ensuring anti-recessionary actions exiting the stagnating condition.

This article describes such notions as “security”, “national security”, types of national security, recent changes in the National security of Russian Federation doctrine. According to the author trust and partnership relations between governments changed to the sanctions and misunderstanding, there are also economical, migration, ecological, social and other types of crises, military collisions and other problems, which effect national security of any country, including Russian Federation.
