В данной статье автором рассматривается вопрос менеджмента знаний. Исследователь отмечает, что главная цель управления знаниями – создание системы управления знаниями и ее использования на уровне правительственных учреждений.

Благосостояние населения, как и благосостояние страны, зависит от качества государственного управления. Современная конъюнктура отечественного управления имеет множество нерешенных проблем, что приводит к замедлению экономического развития, росту социальной напряженности. Автор статьи утверждает, что существует ряд универсальных принципов всеобщего управления качеством (TQM), которые могут вывести нашу страну из управленческого нигилизма.

В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос современных социально-экономических процессов в рамках систем государственного управления, требующих качественного изменения методов и инструментов государственного управления в обществе, функционирование которого основано на знаниях. Авторы отмечают, что инновационный процесс в системе государственного управления осуществляется в рамках традиционных моделей управления. Следовательно, проведение нововведений проходит в рамках дефицита временного ресурса. Таким образом, система государственного управления нуждается в современном, научно-обоснованном и организационно-методическом процессе внедрения инновационных методов, которые сопровождаются сниженными временными затратами и комплексом инструментов для решения социальных и экономических проблем.
