«Legal regulation of promoting female employment in the Russian Federation»

According to the author, the identification of sources of law governing the promotion of women's employment is important for clarifying the nature of the legal regulation mechanism, as well as for identifying gaps in this area. In the Russian Federation, normative legal acts regulating social relations in the sphere of women's employment are proposed every year, but they never come into force. The presence of the main legal gender-specific sources in the field of employment of women contributes to the reduction of discrimination in employment.
